Kenya never fails to thrill the visitor! You may well be expecting the rolling plains of the Masai Mara, but will be pleasantly surprised by the dramatic escarpment of the Great Rift Valley, the numerous, picturesque lakes, the dense, tropical rain forest, the harsh, arid deserts and a splendid coastline with a gorgeous coral reef. Almost all species of African wildlife are easily accessible in Kenya. The ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard) can be seen in at least two of the parks (Masai Mara and Amboseli). Bird life is prolific and a great number of species can be seen around the Rift Valley lakes of Baringo, Nakuru and Naivasha.
