8-Days Classic Safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli

You will be picked by our driver at 0700 Hrs from the Airport and immediately depart for Amboseli. You will arrive in Amboseli before lunch time. Check in and later enjoy lunch then relax before your afternoon game drive at 1600 Hrs for 2 hours. Return later to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli to Aberdare

Have breakfast at the camp then depart for Nairobi where you will pick-up lunch boxes and proceed to Aberdare. Upon arrival check-in at Aberdare Country Lodge. Later enjoy a joint game drive as you drive to The Ark lodge for dinner and overnight stay. At the lodge you will enjoy game viewing from the hotel deck overlooking a waterhole. This is a great place to spot leopards among other wildlife.

Day 3: Amboseli

After breakfast you will be transferred to Aberdare Country Club where you will be met by our driver then depart for Samburu passing through the equator line to Samburu land. Arrive with a short game drive en route to the camp for lunch. After lunch, relax before a game drive at 1600 Hrs. Samburu Park has unique residents including the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich.

Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp

Day 4: Samburu – Full day

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of unique northern Kenya species such as the reticulated giraffe, beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, and the long-necked gerenuk. Much of the reserve consists of desert landscape; dusty red plains broken by thorny scrub, featuring dramatic views of table top Mt Ol Olokwe on the horizon. All meals are taken at the lodge.

Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5: Samburu to Lake Nakuru

Leave Samburu for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch at Flamingo Hill. Relax by the pool area band later have a game drive at 4p.m. You will meet great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the endangered white and black rhino found in this park.

Overnight: Flamingo Hill Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara

Have an early breakfast then depart for Maasai Mara to arrive for lunch at the camp. Have lunch then relax before an afternoon game drive at 1600 Hrs.

Overnight: Osero Enrau Mara Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 7: Full day in Mara

These day will be spent with morning and afternoon game drives that lead one to some of Africa's largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas. Accommodations include en suite restroom facilities and secluded verandas.

Optional Activities:Balloon ride and visit to Maasai Village

Overnight: Osero Enrau Mara Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 8: Maasai Mara – Drive back to Nairobi

Have breakfast at the camp then check out park and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch is served at Carnivore Restaurant or a restaurant of your choice. Afterwards drop off at the hotel for an overnight stay or airport.

Kenya is one of the finest-and undoubtedly the most famous safari destination in the world. Kenya has a rich culture and diverse environments. Situated right along the equator, which gives ensures a lovely weather throughout the year. While much of northeastern Kenya is a flat, bush-covered plain, the remainder of the country encompasses pristine beaches, scenic highlands and lake regions, the Great Rift Valley, and the magnificent Mount Kenya.

Kenya’s game parks, reserves and other wildlife protection areas host some of the wildest and unique game thus the name home for safari. Year in, year out hundreds of thousands of tourists from across the globe visit Kenya to witness various attractions in the country that is rich in both wildlife and culture. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in September.


You need a visa to enter Kenya. You can either get a visa on arrival at the airport, or before you travel. To minimize time spent queuing at the airport, get a visa before you travel. You can apply for single entry and transit visas on the e-visas website.

Passport Validity

Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Kenya. Make sure you have two blank pages in your passport on arrival.
